MOVING TROUBLES

I've been crying a lot today. It's because I live in Texas. My dad got a job offer in Washington D.c. I think he's going to take it. I involved in a lot at school: basketball, volleyball, cross country, yearbook staff and more stuff. I have a lot of friends,and most of my family is in Texas. I don't want to leave any of those things. I really want to stay. I know everything happens for a reason, but I don't see the reason for this. I really need your prayers. I am trusting God to let his will be done, but I want to stay here in Texas! Please pray for me! I really don't know how to explain the situation that I'm in,but I need yout prayers.Thanks!

thank God that u don't have to move to a different country like i did. Trust me u will get over it easy. But they will always be that Homesick feeling.

Hey Whitney,

Moving can be really traumatic--at least it usually is for me! I don't think I've ever moved w/o lots of tears. I've also, though, always grown to love the place I've moved to and added to my list of friends--I now have friends all over the country (and world, for that matter!). You and your family will be in my prayers, that God's will be done in your lives and that He'll help you to adjust if you do end up moving.
